Responsible AI Use Policy
This policy outlines responsible use expectations for customers of 100x AI systems and automations.

Purpose
Ensure AI is used in a lawful, ethical, and compliant manner.
Prohibited Uses
- Impersonating licensed professionals.
- Engaging in discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
- Bypassing regulatory requirements including TCPA, RESPA, UDAAP, GDPR, or CCPA.
- Making credit or risk decisions without required human review.
- Automating fraudulent or harmful workflows.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain human oversight on high-risk tasks.
- Validate inputs and outputs.
- Verify critical or regulated actions.
- Comply with communication and data protection laws.
- Restrict unauthorized access.
Data Restrictions
Users may not enter unrelated sensitive personal data, biometric data, health data, or information they do not have rights to process.
Accuracy and Limitations
AI may produce incomplete or incorrect outputs. Users remain responsible for business decisions and compliance.
Misuse and Enforcement
100x may suspend or terminate access for unsafe, abusive, or non-compliant usage.
