A dedicated AI engineering pod for lending and financial-services teams. We design, build and connect the workflows your operators need, with human approval where it matters.
The useful part of AI is what happens next. Explore how your pod can connect information, decisions and action.

START WITH THE OUTCOME
Where does your business get stuck?
Pick the work that matters most. Your pod brings the design, engineering and AI needed to move it forward.
OPERATIONS & UNDERWRITING
Get a file through the work.
Your team should see what is missing, who owns it and what happens next. Put the reading, checking and chasing inside one workflow, with evidence beside each recommendation and exceptions sent to the right person.

SMALL TEAM. CLOSE COLLABORATION.
A pod that builds. And keeps building.
You bring the priorities. We bring the team to turn them into working software.
Walk the workflow together. Agree what matters, how to measure it, and who owns the decision.
02
Build inside your business.
Connect the tools your people use. Put working software in front of them and improve it with their feedback.
03
Review the work. Choose what’s next.
Keep a shared backlog. Review progress every week. Set the next month’s priorities together.
How 100 business days becomes five four-week sprints
HOW WE WORK / THE FIRST 100 BUSINESS DAYS
Five sprints. Progress you can inspect.
100 business days = 20 scheduled workweeks = five four-week sprints. Start with one priority workflow. Agree the scope and measures before building.

Put a working slice in front of the people who use it.
SPRINT 3 · WEEKS 9–12

Bring the workflow into the agreed systems and data.
SPRINT 4 · WEEKS 13–16

Test exceptions, permissions, recovery and handoffs.
SPRINT 5 · WEEKS 17–20
Improve
Measure adoption and results. Choose the next bottleneck.
An illustrative delivery roadmap, adapted to your scope and access. Monthly fees follow calendar months. This is not a 20-week minimum commitment or a guaranteed completion date.
20 scheduled workweeks. An adaptable delivery frame, not a guaranteed result or minimum contract term.
3–5 DAYS. $10,000. A CLEAR FIRST MOVE.
Find the first workflow worth building.
In 3–5 facilitated days, map the bottlenecks, test the value assumptions and leave with a ranked opportunity list and a scoped first build.
We aim to uncover $1M+ in potential annual value. We test that opportunity with your data; it is a target, not a savings guarantee.

Yes. The opportunity workshop is $10,000 for 3–5 facilitated days, delivered remotely. The $1,000 deposit is credited to the workshop; the remaining $9,000 is due before kickoff. You receive a ranked opportunity map, a baseline value model and a scoped first build. There is no automatic pod enrollment.
Do you guarantee $1M in savings?
No. We look for $1M or more in potential annual value and test the assumptions with your data. Potential value, implementation cost and realized results are different. The workshop can also conclude that an opportunity is not worth pursuing.
What do you mean by 100 days?
100 business days: 20 scheduled workweeks, organized as five four-week sprints. We agree one priority workflow and its success measures, then review what is working. The roadmap is a delivery frame, not a guaranteed result or a 20-week contract. Billing stays calendar-monthly.
What is an AI pod?
A dedicated engagement lead and engineering team working on your priorities. We agree the team, scope, access requirements and delivery plan before the engagement starts. Your pod builds, tests and improves workflows inside your business.
What does the $1,000 pod deposit do?
Online reservations are temporarily unavailable. When they reopen, the deposit starts your reservation and is credited to your first month. We confirm fit, scope and the start date together. The deposit is refundable until both parties confirm those details. It does not immediately charge a full month or guarantee an unconfirmed start date.
