One pod. $79K per month.
A dedicated delivery team, calendar-month billing and actual expenses under an approval cap.
Understand the reservation terms.
Online reservations are temporarily unavailable. When they reopen, the $1,000 deposit is credited to your first month and is refundable until fit, scope and the start date are confirmed together. It does not authorize recurring card charges.
Pay monthly fees in advance.
Fees are due on the first of the calendar month. An initial partial month is prorated. Any accepted customer discount is recorded before signing.
Pay actual expenses, within the cap.
Travel, technology and tokens are billed at actual cost as incurred, without markup. The cap is 19% of the net monthly fee; amounts above it require prior written approval. Unused allowance is never charged.
