AI Safety Policy
This AI Safety Policy describes how One Hundred X Inc. ('100x') builds, deploys, monitors, and safeguards AI systems used within the 100x Command and Control Center. Our goal is to ensure all AI systems are safe, reliable, compliant, transparent, human-overseen, and auditable.
Last updated January 5, 2026
1. Purpose
Define safety standards for AI systems performing workflow automation.
2. Scope
Applies to all AI agents, automation logic, decision systems, and outputs used in the 100x Command and Control Center.
3. Safety Principles
- Human-in-the-loop for financial, credit-impacting, regulatory, or sensitive decisions unless full autonomy is explicitly enabled.
- Generative models used only for communication; execution remains deterministic.
- All AI actions are logged with timestamp, inputs, outputs, system, model, and chain of responsibility.
- AI systems operate with guardrails: role-based access, validation steps, escalation paths, compliance boundaries.
- When encountering uncertainty, AI systems halt and escalate rather than guess.
4. Monitoring & Review
100x monitors accuracy, drift, exceptions, throughput, anomalies, and compliance violations continuously. Automations exceeding threshold triggers are paused and reviewed.
5. Model & Rule Updates
All updates require review, regression testing, versioning, rollback capability, and audit logs.
6. Customer Controls
Customers may adjust autonomy levels, override actions, disable automations, inspect logs, and enforce review steps.
7. Misuse Prevention
AI may not be used to impersonate licensed professionals, bypass regulations, mislead users, commit fraud, or generate harmful content.
8. Security
AI systems follow SOC2 and zero-trust standards, including encryption, MFA, RBAC, immutable logs, and secure development lifecycle.
